The first step to placing an order is developing an understanding of what you really need. At Plotter Paper Guys, we ask the right questions and supply you with all the necessary information needed to make an informed decision. How do I find the right product
Most importantly, we need to know what kind of equipment you have. This usually means providing printer make and model information. Based on that, we will use our expertise, knowledge of product availability, and awareness of product features to help you find the right product for your application.
What information do I need to get started?
Again, knowing your equipment is the place to start. This helps us eliminate products that won’t work for you and your application. Next we need to know your goal. What are you trying to do? For example, do you need to print in full color or black & white? Does your image need a glossy or matte finish? Are you printing using inkjet or toner technology? Will your finished product be indoors or outside? These are the questions to think about to answer how to order large format printing paper.

What if there is a problem?
We want you to be happy. We gladly accept returns and exchanges for other products within 30 days of receipt of order. If you are still not happy, we will provide you a refund once the product is returned.

The most common issue is customers ordering a size or a product that won’t work in their printer. For example, you might order order Xerographic film when you really needed inkjet film. Both products look the same but could not be more different.
